 Megan Gallant is a registered patent attorney whose practice is focused on patent preparation and prosecution in technology areas including computer hardware and software. Megan is licensed to practice in California and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  

Megan has worked both in private practice and as in house counsel for a Fortune 50 company.  Megan has extensive prosecution experience in processors, networking, security, operating systems, storage, search, software applications, and user interfaces. Prior to becoming an attorney, Megan worked as an engineer for Fortune 50 companies as well as start-ups.  

Megan obtained a B.S. in Computer Science from University of California, San Diego in 1997, and graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2005.
